Hi! I’m Linda, welcome to Primalife. I am a certified Primal Health Coach and I strongly believe in the healing powers of “real” nutrient-rich foods and the impact they can have on our health. The driving force for developing this website was my love and passion for living a healthy lifestyle and the hopes that I might inspire others to do the same.
First and foremost, a Primal Health coach will give you the knowledge and guidelines you need to live a healthier life. You will learn to select healthy food options and make quality lifestyle decisions based on where you are now and where you want to go. A Coach will provide you with your own arsenal to make well-informed choices in line with your personal preferences.
Secondly, a Health Coach will help you develop an individual health regimen. Together you and your coach will determine the best action plan based on dietary restrictions, exercise preferences, and life’s curve balls. Primal is flexible and should be enjoyable. Have fun with it!
Lastly, and most importantly, you will have the benefit of accountability, support, and guidance as you journey toward optimal health. Having someone available for troubleshooting when you can’t figure it out on your own is a valuable resource. I will be your personal advocate. Small steps at your own pace will help you build the confidence and know-how to eventually soar on your own!
